What do I need at the counter?
Any tablet or phone facing customers shows the QR, and any phone, tablet or computer can run the order board. No pagers, chargers or special hardware.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The customer sees Arabic or English based on their phone, and you choose the language of each cashier screen.
What if a customer’s phone is on silent?
The order also shows on their lock screen and on the page they scanned. Your team can ring again from the board.
